Step 1 Contact Us
Fill out our online request form, contact us by email, or call our office at 1888 355 DMPC to schedule the free estimate and consultation.

Step 2 Our first meeting
After reviewing your information we will contact you to set up a convenient time to meet with you.

At this meeting we will discuss the project and evaluate your options.
• Budget
• Permits and zoning
• Materials
• Schedule
• Design

Step 3 Preliminary proposal
Depending on the scope of your project the preliminary proposal usually takes anywhere from 2 - 7 days.

We like to provide our clients with the most thorough and detailed estimate possible.

Step 4 Proposal Review / Second meeting
Once you get a chance to review the proposal, we like to schedule a second meeting to clear up any questions you may have and to make sure that you fully understand the content of the proposal.

At this meeting we will also provide you with our license and insurance information.

Step 5 The Contract
After agreeing on a price and a start date for your project we will provide you with a clear and easy to read contract. The contract will be emailed to you for a review.

Step 6 Permits
Once the signed contract is in place, a building permit is filed with the city or town where the property is located. Once the permit is approved we are ready to begin!

How long the application takes depends on any number of issues where applicable.
• City or Town where the permit is being filed.
• Plan Review
• Zoning
• Historical Commission Review.

Please contact us early in the planning stage to avoid any setback with the permit process.

Step 7 Construction Schedule
You are provided with a construction schedule so you can monitor the progress of the project.

This schedule will outline expected  start and completion dates of  different phases of the project.

Step 8 Construction!!!
We are ready to begin construction on the project.
During construction there will be inspections by the city at the following phases of the project
• Foundation
• Electric (rough)
• Plumbing (rough)
• Framing
• Insulation
• Electric  (finish )
• Plumbing ( finish)
• Building Final
• Certificate Of Occupancy

There will be a licensed professional on site to meet with inspectors at all of the inspections.

Step 9 Completion
After final inspection and you are 100% satisfied with our work, we will provide you with an industry leading 5 year workmanship/ labor transferable warranty.  This warranty will grantee labor for 5 years and will also state that if there is any problem within those 5 years with the work that was carried out by DMPower or any of its partners no matter how big or small it will be dealt with within 48hrs of receiving the request.

You will also receive the manufacturer’s warranties.

After 90 days from completion we will schedule a visit as a courtesy to check on the work after you have settled in.
