Are you Insured?
Absolutely. We have a comprehensive insurance policy which includes workman’s comp and general liability.
Do you provide a warranty?
DMPC provides an industry leading 5 year labor warranty on all work we perform. You will also receive various manufacturers’ warranties on the products used on your job. Please click here to view a sample warranty.
How do I schedule a consultation?

Do you have employees or do you use subcontractors?
DMPC has a staff of professional carpenters, tilers, roofers and painters who carry out the majority of the work. We subcontract out Electric, Plumbing, Excavation, Foundation and HVAC to partners who have been working with us for many years and share the same values and professional approach as we do.
We only use fully licensed and insured subcontractors.
What is a CGP?
Certified Green Professional.
This is a designation through the National Association of Home Builders for builders, remodelers and other industry professionals who incorporate green building principles into their building and remodeling projects.
Do you provide free consultations and budgeting?
DMPC does provide homeowners with a free consultation where initial budget ranges are provided.
During what hours can I schedule an appointment?
Appointments are scheduled Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am - 6:30 pm, Friday 8:00 am - 5:30 pm, Saturday 9:00 am -1:00 pm.
If the above times do not work with your schedule please call we and we will accommodate you for a time that is more convenient for you.
Do you perform commercial work?
DMPC does perform light commercial work. Call us for more details and to discuss your project in particular.
What type of projects do you perform?
Our scope of work includes everything from small home improvement projects, to kitchens and baths to large remodeling projects and additions.
What payment options do you offer?
DMPC accepts checks and major credit cards*. For financing information, please contact us.
How long is a typical consultation?
Each consultation is based on individual need, however, our typical consultations will last about 1 – 2 hours. This allows us time to thoroughly discuss your project with you and answer any questions you may have.
